Repeat copyright infringers

Road LLC has adopted and reasonably implements a policy that provides for the termination, in appropriate circumstances, of subscribers and account holders who are repeat copyright infringers.

Road LLC may also restrict or suspend access while reviewing a matter. This policy applies to relevant user-submitted or user-provided material on Road LLC services, including material submitted by users, subscribers, and account holders.

Information to include in a notice

A notice of claimed infringement should include, to the extent applicable:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner’s behalf
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate that material
• Contact information for the complaining party (address, telephone number, and email address, if available)
• A statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Email and postal mail to the designated agent remain available. Claimants are not required to create an account or use a web form to submit a notice.
